_INCM DISCUSSIONS

1. There has already been some valunteers on the blog about people taking minutes. Till now UK will offer their valuable services, and maybe even Ireland.
2. As far as the moderating is concerned, we already have some proposals [e.g. Billy Mooney, Alper Kurbak]. If anybody else wants to join this entertaining process, please let us know. We’ll be happy to have some variety.

3. Conversations will take place for 5 days [the rest includes 1 day excursion, 3 days workshops]. During those days the expected debates_presentations will take place [easa008,easa009,incm009,easa010,sesam010].

*detailed program available on website

Apart from the known easaguide, archive issues, we would like to invite you to put your thoughts together and gather ideas, concerns about subjects, problems, issues that you believe should be discussed during this INCM. Considering the fact that we’ve spent many hours on easaguide and after some useful production on easa_presentation_material in Motovun, it would be in our opinion a refreshing move to introduce new[broader?] subjects in the INCM conversations. Therefore we ask you kindly, to scratch your heads and during the forthcoming days put your thoughts on the easa_blog, where they could be discussed and gathered for the INCM008 in Cyprus.

4. As mentioned before, a workshop is being organized to take place during the last three days of INCM008. One of the workshops is about studying and responding to the phenomena deriving from the city’s unique situation. We will focus on the old market area, situated in what once used to be the heart of the city. A disfunctional and disorganized urban fabric is the unfortunate result of the central ‘no man’s land’ zone. Aim of the workshop is to take advantage of the easa_network in order to gather input on the social, urban, architectural layers of the area.
More information on the workshops will be soon available on the website. Besides We need to know who is interested to participate in the workshop in order to arrange the program and inform the tutors.
