i need a satelite tv or satelite system to download stuff ,my cable broke down connection…

hello,
i need some suggestions for satelite dish systems with the best download speed because my cable simply doesn’t work anymore,it’s almost 1,0 k and dying…
even satelite tv kits,but with high speed and reliable ones, i don’t want to see anymore outages.
