What’s going on in Belarus???

Hello, Gosha, I saw you posted some things on antville, so as you’re in Belarus I was wondering if you know what’s going on and why the Internal Ministry there are closing down so many NGOs (Non Governmental Organisations)?
Intrigued to know more…
