parking???

hello everybody!
one small question for Jerome and Organisers:
(trying to remember what you’ve told me when i was in Lille)
is there going to be a space where people arriving with cars could park?
if not, do you know what is policy in Roubaix, are there any free car parks or ones where permit could be easily obtained???
