new nc-list 2004

finally!
the updated nc-list is online

as usual, please check your data and post complains below.

after easa2004 in france the following countries did not check/ update their data:

• albania
• azerbaijan
• bulagria
• estonia
• france ?!?
• georgia
• iceland
• kosovo
• latvia
• lithuania
• malta
• moldavia
• portugal

if somebody has any information/ changes to provide, please post below

PS: genaral changes in the list:

• no phone-numbers anymore email should be enough
• no street-address
• email is automatically kinda scrambled (@ and . replaced by code)
