EASA-ONIANS!
My School; The Mack Glasgow. Publishes an Annual called Mac Mag.
This publication showcase’s its students work, degree, dissertation and masters .
It also publishes a wide variety of essays and theories from tutors, professors, practising architects, academics and alike; Similar to many universities annual publications.
However . . . . this publication has asked me to get together some essays or work from EASA. It would be a brilliant opportunity to spread the network; as we in Britain are trying to do at present.
Britain has a very active student politic, whether their agenda is agreed with or not; there are numerous organisations and unions which as similar communities produce a lot of interest. My feeling is that exposing EASA to this environment would be extremely positive. My immediate thoughts turned to those who are producing written work for the Swiss event 2005. Although; Maybe an essay from someone who has experienced many events and could write about the ‘legendary’ easa-experience and community would be appropriate. Would it be possible to showcase previous events and introduce the future event? How do people feel about this? Do people object to tertiary publications or do we feel the association they bring is positive? Ideas on postcards people . . . cheers LK
