what to bring to brighton

hey people! following: skype chat between rune and lewis, clearing up a few points (at least for me)

[02:06:01] rune boserup siger : hmmmm, iiiinteresting. btw, i just finished reading your long email about the theme. but i’m not sure i quite understand what it is you would like us to bring?

[02:06:20] rune boserup siger : an a4 page interpreting.. what?

[02:06:24] Lewis Kinneir siger : 1 A4 sheet of paper

[02:06:46] Lewis Kinneir siger : interpreting the text on the good life questioning the definition of pavilion

[02:08:08] Lewis Kinneir siger : urm . . . . like a sketch

[02:08:14] rune boserup siger : and how will these a4 pages be used? as a basis for discussion and further work? does that mean, that everyone will have to read 50 pages of text from other people, when in brighton?

[02:08:29] Lewis Kinneir siger : no n on n nno ononnonnno

[02:08:30] Lewis Kinneir siger : NO

[02:08:33] rune boserup siger : phew

[02:08:39] Lewis Kinneir siger : they will not be words

[02:08:44] Lewis Kinneir siger : drawings, sketch’s

[02:08:52] rune boserup siger : aaaaaaaaaaaaHA

[02:08:55] Lewis Kinneir siger : we will produce an un edited sketch book

[02:10:23] Lewis Kinneir siger : which the univeristy will bind and then be the first final report bar the swiss one for a while – look at it as a kinda catalyst

[02:11:04] rune boserup siger : ok, that’s not how i interpreted the brief… all of a sudden it seems more accessible! maybe you should stress this on the blog. afterall, there was a lot of information to get through in that email, especially for visual/illiteral people like me (+probably other architects)

[02:11:23] rune boserup siger : cool, i like that. good idea.

[02:11:44] Lewis Kinneir siger : huh . . . gotya . . . . well maybe you could “start spreading the word”

[02:12:51] rune boserup siger : okie. i’ll write something on the blog.
