Good bye and afterword

Yes, I’m quit, Brighton was my last INCM, France 2004 probably my last-second summer school. It was very nice to see some “dinosaur” :) and so many new face and BIG THANKS to organisers to do it in such fancy city as Brighton :)
In afterword i would like to say few things:
we was talking about problems such as event financing-funding, establish archives, establish base for easa office etc. it’s all about changes.
Changes in easa means braking tradition[not only, but mainly], but what is this tradition and where is root of it? Just some of “dinosaur” know!?!
Is this tradition wasn’t create in small group of people long time ago? Discussion and not vote was working between few people, but now it dosn’t work properly between ~80 person. And why we need to talk more than 3 h when in end decision dependent on trust of organisers. And new invention of Jerome to push out potential organisers, gives wonderfully possibility to say something dirty about country or organisers and to people who are outside to wait for positive or negative answer, to feel loser or winner is bigger chance then from vote. Not all of as are grate orator to make influence.
This all is not about YOU, but about changes and building organisation.
No request for answer, this is just my opinion.
I discover one big and very important thing for me, first easa is THE BEST EASA* and don’t try to repeat, it will never be the same[by personal and friends experience].

P.S. Sorry about so negative opinion, but this is how i feel and why i leave.
*- 2002, Croatia, Vis.

Best regards.
