As we are now in our last week for preparations of this years EASA, i first of all hope for the French Guys that all the rest works out fine for them and that there will be as little problems as possible for them !
In my own Mission i’d like to declare that this Year should see EASA fully equipped with WLAN / WiFi, so everybody in possesion of a laptop with WLAN / WiFi -equipment should be advised to bring it along , but especially if you do , PLEASE update your Computer with the latest Windows-Updates and the latest possible Virus-Checks ..
If any questions occur in this matter just mail me at : jo_do@gmx.de and I’ll be glad to be of help
just please bear in mind that any virus that you carry on your own computer actually can destroy others people data and / or seriously slow down network performance …

It would be wise to tell us the dimension of the scaffolding boxes, if we are going to bring textile to cover it (is it obligatory??? – it is a LOT of textile !!).

Am in Firenze right now, from a week with Ivona, vonka in Croatia. Soon I will travel to Napoli and Bari, then Austria, Dornbirn, and then Paris and Roubaix…will there be anyone on the way thats want to have a glass of wine along the way…with a nicey swedish girl…me…
otherwise it will be lots of that in france I believe, as from my experiences from Kalò, Denmark, last year…

There is not any oficcial stamp (for example – stamp of your direction of school architecture of France) in our invitations! That means: we’ve a lot of problems with ambassy! Be ready to answer a lot of qwestions from French ambassador in Belarus by phone and to resend an invitations WITH STAMP by fax! Please!

It’s my first time attending EASA, is there anything that I should prepare for? I’m in Paris right now and am looking for a way to get to Roubaix, any suggestions? I also won’t be able to make it until the 1st of august, will I be able to pick up from there?

Dear organizers,
please, check your mail and send the invitation to ukrainians, too. Please, send it by email to me and by fax to the embassy of France, visa-granting department, along with the participant’s contact. (See my emails.) Otherwise it is impossible for us to get a visa in time.
Please do it as soon as possible!

I didn’t received an invitations by mail yet! EASA is coming soon!
It makes belorussian particypation in EASA impossible!!!
Russia is in the same situation!
What’s going on? Do you want to see EASA without Eastern Europe?
