Here’s another call for help from the EASA knowledge pool.

I’ve finally started working on my diploma. And, as for any project, I am looking for precedents.

The site is about 3 ha, located at a railroad junction, in an old industrial area (ex paper and metal recycling plant which is now moving to the outer city).

The programme is supposed to be socially active – startup apartmets with delayed rent payment, business incubator offices with seed capital and things like that.

So, I am looking for projects that:

1. are located at or close to a railroad, and are ex-industrial areas

2. are socially residential or mixed-residential

Also I am looking for any examples of startup apartments and social housing (social not in square metres size, but in concept).

Any and all help greatly appreciated!
