I wasn&#8217;t there in Belgrade so can someone email me the minutes? or post a reply.<br \/>&#10;<br \/>&#10;United Kingdom gets 8 places from 300 under the quota system. If we were to recognize the UK as 4 countries, that would mean they would have a minimum of 16, 4 from each of Scotland, Wales, England and Northern Ireland.
